Bright & Spacious 1-Bedroom in Clinton Hill Co-ops – North Campus.

We are going on a work trip and looking for someone clean and caring to enjoy our beautiful, furnished, sun-filled 800 sq. ft. one-bedroom, one-bathroom home while we’re away. It’s on the 5th floor of the Clinton Hill Co-ops’ North Campus, overlooking the leafy treetops of Waverly Avenue. And we’ll clean out a closet or two for you!

Located in the heart of Clinton Hill/Fort Greene, one of Brooklyn’s most charming and tree-lined neighborhoods. Just a few short blocks to Fort Greene Park!

The building entrance is set within a beautifully maintained central courtyard, accessible from both Clinton Avenue and Waverly Avenue. Amenities include:
- WiFi
- dishwasher
- oven, microwave, air fryer, and other appliances
- projector
- Ramp access to elevator
- Laundry facilities in the basement, and a couple nearby laundromats

Convenient access to the G and C trains at Clinton-Washington. Very close to some major bus routes along Myrtle, Dekalb an d Vanderbilt. Ample Citibike stations throughout the neighborhood with one literally across the street. A 20 minute walk to either the Dekalb Ave B,D,N,R train station or Atlantic Terminal.

In addition to being close to Fort Greene Park, there are numerous playgrounds in the area, and many restaurants and shops close by.

If your dates don’t align exactly with ours, be it shorter or longer, let’s talk about it! We have some flexibility and could accommodate your needs with a weekly rate.

Plant lovers preferred and would very much appreciate it if you watered them once a week.

No pets please, unless they’re lizards or something. We have allergies.

About This Lister

I am a freelance sculptor and fabricator and my partner is a production and set designer. We have a 3 year old and will do our best to get all his toys outta your way. We love our home and are “stuff” people and hope to find someone who appreciates and respects our things. We are vegetarian and love to cook. You may eat meat, but we might hide our cast iron pans.

It would be great to cover expenses while we’re away, but I will lean towards the best personal fit for our space over someone looking for the full two month rental.
