The apartment is on the ground floor, with one step to enter the lobby and four steps to get to the unit. There's laundry around the corner, Prospect Park is a 15 min walk away, and you'll be 5 minutes from the 2/5 on Church Ave, and 15 minutes to the B/Q. I've lived in the area for six years and absolutely love it!

You'll have a 11x11 bedroom with a full sized bed, a desk with a second monitor, a super spacious living room with a dining table/chairs, a shower with a tub, and decent sized kitchen!

Looking to sublet to someone clean (no smoking inside the apartment), with no pets, and who can take good care of the place while I'm out of town for work!
