I'm moving out of this apartment and looking for someone to take over my lease any time in the month of February 2026! My lease is up at the end of March and has the option to renew. This is a 1 bedroom apartment in Williamsburg, a 4 min walk from Bedford Ave station.

There’s a living area, small dining table kitchen and bathroom.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor and can be accessed by stairs or an elevator.

The building also has a garden, working space and rooftop.

It’s a really cosy apartment and is very quiet! A really peaceful place to stay and it has the most lovely trees outside both the living room and bedroom windows!
