About This Lister

My wife and I have lived in this building for 4+ years and this is the second unit we have lived in (went from a 1-bed to a 2-bed). After 12 years in 5 different buildings across Manhattan I can safely say this has been my favorite. The building is modern and clean with fantastic amenities and an unbeatable location. The surrounding neighborhood has tons of options and if you ever do want to get to other parts of the city the transportation options can get you just about anywhere quickly. We will be living in the unit and showing it until March and at that point still showing it if needed.

Rental requirements

This is a lease reassignment - my wife and I are moving and need someone to take over our current lease. There is a $20 lease application fee but nothing further. You would go through the standard application project with the building and share the required documentation with them directly. We will be flexible on showing the unit. While we are aiming to have someone take over the lease starting on Sunday, March 1st, 2026 we are open to negotiating the exact start date. The lease goes through August, 31st, 2026.

Pets Policy

Limit of two pets per apartment, with a combined weight limit of 80 pounds at full maturity.
