I’ve had a great experience living in this building — the staff and doormen are super friendly and helpful, and maintenance is almost always handled the same day. The location is amazing: Hudson Yards is right there with Eataly Café, Blue Bottle, Bluestone Lane, Uniqlo, Aritzia, and Zara, plus one of the best Whole Foods in NYC just a block away. Some of NYC’s best art galleries are also just steps away to the south, making gallery hopping an everyday norm. Great dinner spots nearby (Locanda Verde, Zou Zou’s, Ci Siamo), and walking past the Vessel on the way to the 7 train never gets old. The area is very clean and well maintained.

I’ve lived in the building for 4 years and really enjoyed the convenience and quality of life of a full service building in a location with all essentials found in just one block radius. It is bittersweet to part ways with this building & neighborhood, I will always want to come back!
