Conveniently located on the first floor with a studio apartment railroad layout, with a mid size private bedroom (full mattress), small working station nook with a loveseat sofa, and a full kitchen and bathroom (there's no living room).

About This Lister
I'm a filmmaker/director/writer based in NY, who also works remotely as a post sup on multiple productions and I'm currently developing a feature film in South America (reason why I will be away for 3 months).
I've been in this apartment for 5+ years now and it has become home. I currently hold the lease to the apartment and will be showing the place by appointment only.

Rent: $2,000 per month (All utilities are included in the rent)
Plus $500 Security Deposit.
***We will sign a simple sublet agreement for the 3 month sublet, starting on 12/01/2025, ending on 2/28/2026, and require a a photocopy of any State Photo ID or Passport. ***
IMPORTANT*** PLEASE READ before reaching out:
Ideally one tenant only, as the studio railroad apartment layout is not convenient for more than one person (keeping in mind, there's no living room and the mattress is a full size).
No pets. No smoking. No Laundry in site, a few good options one or two blocks away.
