Asking for $4350/mo + utilities (Fios $90 + ConEd) + $200 cleaning fee upon move-out. I can work with you on this to a certain extent! I do ask for first month payement once we finalize details and cement a move-in date.

You have a view of the One World Trade in a fully-furnished, very sunny apartment. Huge windows in the living room and bedroom provide all the light you would want.

I cook a lot so you'll have everything you need in the kitchen.

I have a high quality memory-foam queen sized mattress in the bed and can provide sheets, pillows, etc.

The living room includes a two-tv set up that I've found personally useful and also has a 48" standing desk with monitor that you can utilize for working. Inputs and wires can be made available if you bring a monitor/want to hook up your own laptop. Let me know!

ACF, BQR, 2345 trains are all within a 12 minute walk.

5 minute walk from the Brooklyn Wegman's location
15 minute walk from the water in Dumbo
20 minute walk to the promenade in Brooklyn Heights

I have a great relationship with the doormen/maintenance workers in the building so anything that goes wrong with the apartment will be fixed in a timely manner.

No issues with management, they are responsive and caring. Which, if you've lived here for a while, know is not the norm.
