About This Lister

We are a family of 4, with 2 small children, splitting time between NYC and East Hampton. We love to sail, play tennis, spend time on the ocean and bay beaches!

We will be away for much of the winter, and seeking a responsible, quiet and respectful tenant over that period. Ideally, a single occupant. We do plan to come back approx. 4 weekends over the 6 month period - which will be blackout dates. This will be prearranged and the price prorated accordingly.
