No more than 5 people. No cats. If you want to pack in more people, you need a bigger space. This is 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.

Absolutely no parties or events. None. The area is for quiet enjoyment. The neighbors will call the police. Believe me! Property fits two cars on the driveway.

Note that our property could use a paint job, so please do not complain. This is not a high-end property so if that is what you need this is not your spot. This is a wonderful haven for unfussy people who want a quiet respite close to all.
