Your room is 14 by 9 feet with a spacious closet. You would also have another closet all to yourself that is in the front entry way with some additional shared storage in the pantry. Realistically I think you could fit a full or queen bed, sitting area, tall dresser and a small desk in the room. Your room would also be on the opposite side of the apartment to mine.

Looking for someone responsible, respectful, very tidy in the common areas and with a busy schedule outside of the apartment. I tend to keep a busy schedule. Not necessarily looking for a new best friend but would like whenever we ran into each other it to be enjoyable, pleasant and something to look forward to.

You would just be living with me and my friendly/sweet/chill cat Fae. I adopted her about 2 years ago and she’s about 6 years old. Cat lovers would be preferred as she’d enjoy having another friend. No other pets as I believe she’d prefer to be the only cat.

The apartment is very spacious place with plenty of room for 2 people! The apartment is bright, sunny and pant-filled with windows in every room. I have lived in the apartment for 4 years now and have enjoyed living here. A short walk to the Brooklyn Botanical Garden and Prospect Park.

As far as the common space, it’s pretty much furnished with everything needed.

The Kitchen is fully stocked. On top of that there is a separate walk-in pantry!

Cleanliness in the common areas is also a high priority of mine. Please, no dirty dishes in the sink. If you cook a meal, please thoroughly clean after. I'd like to be proactive and preventive as far as keeping pests away.

LGBTQ+ friendly. I'm for living with any sort of person.
