I work from home (documentary production) and like the space to feel calm and low-key.

I’ll be in and out of the apartment throughout the summer, so you’ll likely have the space to yourself fairly often, especially on weekends.

I keep a clean, organized home and am looking for a respectful, easygoing roommate who values a quiet and comfortable living situation.
