Fully furnished queen bedroom available from May 18 in our cozy 3BR / 2BA apartment in the heart of Ridgewood.
The room includes a queen bed, fitted wardrobe and dresser, desk and chair (as pictured), and a window AC unit. You’ll share one of the two bathrooms with me; Julian has a private bathroom. Informal rooftop access via your windows—sunbathe on gravity chairs or stargaze at night. Second-floor unit in a four-apartment building. 4 minutes to the Seneca M stop, 8 minutes to the Myrtle–Wyckoff L stop.
We keep a very clean, peaceful, mature home. Queer-friendly; we work in the arts. Photos available on request.
About This Lister
Eugenio (he/him), a documentary filmmaker raised in Italy, has been living in Ridgewood for nearly a decade.
Julian (they/them), born and raised in New York, is a fine art photographer, stylist, and house sommelier.

Open to short or mid-term sublet (open to long-term for the right fit). Rent $1,300/month on a flexible month-to-month rolling agreement. One month deposit required before move-in. Rent includes all utilities: water, heat, electricity, gas, and internet.
