I’m relocating for work and offering my room in a peaceful, modern 2BR/2BA apartment. Apartment complex is 0.2 miles from 4,5,2 train. The room comes with a private bathroom (right outside the door) and a large walk-in closet. The room fits a queen bed and dresser comfortably.
The apartment has great natural light, central AC and heat, a full-size washer and dryer, stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, and a kitchen island that makes cooking easy.
The building has a lot of shared spaces: a gym, movie room, game room, rooftop with grills, and several meeting rooms that are perfect for working or studying. The building also includes a 24 hour doorman and onsite maintenance team.
You’d be living with a 29-year-old female high school teacher who works in-person, is clean, respectful, and friendly. Preferably would want incoming roommate to also be a female.
Rent is $1,600/month (net effective base rent), and you would need landlord approval via renter's application- $20 (standard credit + income check).
