Hi!

I'm looking to sublet my 1-bed, 1-bath in North Greenpoint. I've been here for a few years, and am needing to make a trip back to the west coast for family these last remaining months of the year starting from 11/01 through 12/31, with possible extension on the backend, which we can discuss later.

This is located at the base of Pulaski Bridge, between G and 7 trains. Lots of restaurants and bars in walking distance.

With the sublet, I have plants and 2 very low maintenance cats so I'm open to reducing a rate that makes sense for the both of us.

The apartment is in an elevator building. There is a washer/dryer combo machine in the unit, deep soaking bath and dishwasher.

Would like to find a responsible, cat loving subletter :) Looking for 1 sublettor only please.
