Hi!

I'm looking to sublet my 1-bed, 1-bath in North Greenpoint. In an elevator building. There is a washer/dryer combo machine in the unit, deep soaking bath and dishwasher. I have plants and 2 very low maintenance cats that are a bonus.

The apartment is located at the base of Pulaski Bridge, between G and 7 trains, with 2 Citibike stations at both ends of the block. Lots of wonderful restaurants and bars in walking distance.

Would like to find a responsible, cat loving subletter :)
