One bedroom apartment w/ a private office and balcony in Sunset Park Brooklyn. Located just 2 blocks from the N express train which gets you to Manhattan in 3 stops.

I'll be gone from 1/16 through 2/15, with the possibility of extending it one week to Sunday 2/22 if we both agree.

There's a cat in the apartment, so must be good with pets and non-allergic. As part of the sublet, I'll ask if you can feed my cat.

Utilities not included, but they are usually around $150.
