The place is partially furnished will come with couch, TV, small dining table, small desk, (open to negotiating if you need the bed/work desk).

You would pay 3100 for the apt per month which includes wifi but not utilities.

Kitchen has a range oven, dishwasher, and there is laundry/dryer in basement. This place has tons of light, it's super quiet, and peaceful.
