The landlords and their cat live upstairs and are very responsive if any issues arise but also very respectful of tenants' privacy. The block has a nice sense of community, with lots of families and long-time residents. The apartment is perfect for a solo person or couple. Lots of natural light! Possible garden access at the landlord's discretion. I'm open to passing along some of the current furniture to the new tenant; otherwise the apartment will be unfurnished.

Transit: 5min walk to the C; 10min walk to the A/C or J. Walking distances to lots of bodegas, coffee shops, and restaurants on Malcolm X and Ralph Ave. Close to Saratoga Park.

Oct. 1 move-in (with some flexibility), 1-year lease. Applicants will need to submit a rental application form to the landlords with supporting docs (proof of income, ID, etc.), credit check ($20 fee), and first month's rent and security deposit ($2500 each; $5000 total) due upon signing of lease. Pets permitted upon approval by landlord. I had two cats while living here.
