I’m looking for a quiet, respectful, non-smoking subletter who will take good care of the apartment and be considerate of neighbors while I’m away.

Lister's Relationship to the Space
I am the current tenantRental requirements
First month rent ($2,000) plus a security deposit ($2,000) due upon signing.
Monthly rent payments due on the 1st of every month. Utilities will be $150 per month on top of rent.
I would like a least one landlord or short term rental host references.
