For sublet, from now until July 1st, is a 600 square foot studio, the second floor of a house that I, the owner, live below with my roommate Charlotte.

This space has a private entrance, private parking, large loft, full bathroom, kitchen, on site washer/dryer, expansive views of the Rondout river, and private access to one of the best swimming holes around.

This 10 acre parcel is walking distance from Rosendale: a hamlet that features a plethora of small shops and restaurants, multiple trailheads for gravel and mountain biking, and 2hr public transportation on Trailways to NYC. We are a 15 minute drive to Kingston, New Paltz, the Hudson River, the Gunks, the Cakstills, and the two nearest exits on highway 87.

My roommate and I live downstairs and often welcome friends to come swimming with us. The studio is furnished with a minimalist sense. I am holding the space until a friend is ready to move in July 1st.

I bought this place 2 and a half years ago. It is my dream home. I feel like a caretaker here honestly. This property, ruins, water, and land here are hard to believe until you see them.

I am very outdoorsy, work remotely and my roommate Charlotte works in films. We throw monthly river parties in the summer.
