Looking for a subletter for my room in a 2-bedroom, 1-bath apartment! Street level apartment (few steps down to door) with a beautiful backyard and garden, large living room and kitchen. Dishwasher, washer/dryer in building, furnished apartment. Utilities average around $30/person/month.
Large communal space, rooms are a bit on the smaller side. There is a desk outside of the bedroom.
Neighborhood is beautiful, close to Fort Greene park. We're off a pretty quiet street. About a 10 min walk to the G and 20 mins to the C.
