We currently have our two upstairs bedrooms available for short term rental. We are open to renting either room or both rooms together to one person.

Our house is two floors with a gated driveway and another gated point of entry that leads into our huge completely walled in back yard. We have some outdoor couches on our deck overlooking the yard which are great to relax on.

You would have your own parking spot (1) on the driveway that comes is included in the pricing. There is also very easy parking on our street.

We are located in Frogtown (Elysian Valley, zip code 90039), walking distance to the LA river where there are many coffee shops, restaurants, bars, nice parks, etc. Just a few mins drive to Whole Foods and a short drive to Silverlake and Atwater (also very easy to get to DTLA from here).

The smaller room (not ensuite) is available for $1750, and comes unfurnished. This room is 12ft x 11ft, has a closet and two windows (nartural light).

The larger room has an en-suite bathroom and is currently available for $2,750/mo unfurnished or furnished with a bed frame and desk that we have for the room (can provide photos of how its currently furnished if requested). Size is 12ft x 19ft, has a closet and two windows as well.

If you're interested in both rooms we can rent both to the same person for $4,000/mo. We are renting month to month through January (possibly longer).

About This Lister

We have 3 dogs who absolutely love people (Great Dane, Pittie/Lab mix, mini Australian Shephard). We keep the house very clean but they are allowed on the downstairs couches so want to be upfront about that.

If you are interested in renting but don't like the idea of the dogs possibly going upstairs we totally understand and would be happy to put a doggy gate at the bottom of the stairs to guarantee they cant go up there unless you want them to.

A little info about the two of us who live here; we're Latin-American queer siblings (30M & 33F) living together in our family home. We had another relative living with us but they had to relocate recently so we suddenly find ourselves with two rooms sitting empty; so we thought we'd give this a try.
