We are looking for a roommate to share a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in beautiful Astoria. The apartment is a short walk to the N/Q subway at the Astoria-Ditmars stop and a 10 minute walk from Astoria Park.

ABOUT THE ROOM: Unfurnished bedroom (about 8'9 x 11'9) in 3 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment. You will share a bathroom with another roommate.

ABOUT APARTMENT: It is a clean and spacious apartment with great sunlight! We have a large living room (10' x 18'), separate dining space and kitchen. We are on the top floor (3rd floor) of a walk-up building.

NEIGHBORHOOD: We are two blocks away from the Ditmars Blvd subway stop on the N/W line which is a 20 minute commute into Manhattan. The apartment is a short walking distance to grocery stores, laundromat/dry cleaner (1 block away), gym/yoga studios, CVS, library, restaurants, and Astoria Park. This is a great neighborhood for professionals!
