Looking for QTBIPOC to fill an open room in our 3 bedroom apartment near Irving Square Park. Ideally the 3rd roommate would be open to staying long term, but short term leases will also be considered! 420 friendly household.

This unit is on the ground floor of 3 floor building (roughly 5-6 units, many of the residents have lived here very long term) with a few steps up to the stoop/front door. There is a large backyard garden that is accessible through the back bedroom.

The available bedroom is right by the entrance and the kitchen with 2 windows, and window AC unit, and heater already installed. It comes unfurnished, but large enough for a queen sized bed, desk, and other furniture (pictured). It is on the opposite end of the apartment from the other rooms. The kitchen is spacious and the bathroom has a bathtub/shower.

There is a black cat named Milo who greets everyone and demands affection, so we hope you love cats!

This area, while super accessible to the bustling Bushwick nightlife hotspots, is actually extremely residential and calm. You will see cute families hanging out on the sidewalks, playing in the open hydrants, minding their business in the afternoon sun. You'll very quickly make friends with local shopkeepers after just a few visits to their stores.

All the necessities you might need are within 2-3 blocks radius: The Food Bazaar supermarket, 99 cent stores, well-stocked bodegas with hot/healthy foods, hardware store, pet store, even a gift/flower shop when it's time to shower your sweetheart in anniversary presents. The liquor store on the corner has mighty fine wines and spirits, for any that imbibe.

There's also a cute Black woman owned queer friendly bar on the block!
