We’re offering a sunny and spacious bedroom on the second floor of a charming Victorian home in Ditmas Park, Brooklyn.

The house has a shared kitchen, dining room, cozy living room, and a backyard for lounging or working outdoors. Washer/dryer in the basement. You’ll be living with two grounded and communicative full-time housemates, and one part-time housemate who is only in the city occasionally.

I’m creative, organized, and deeply value clear, direct communication and shared agreements — not just to keep things smooth, but to make the house feel like a true sanctuary. This will be a structured home where expectations are aligned. We're looking for someone who is kind, communicative, a full blown adult and on the same page with creating a peaceful environment.

I work a lot (my main job is hybrid), and tend to keep a full schedule, so I really treasure coming home to a clean, calm space. I’m friendly and warm, love a cozy shared environment, and appreciate both communal connection and quiet alone time.

I’m also mama to an old and stinky (but very sweet!) cat who mostly stays on the third floor. There is another wonderful cat living with our other housemate who stays within their two rooms.
