It’s truly a one of kind prewar Brownstone apartment on one of the most charming blocks in historic Park Slope. Park slope is quiet neighborhood with great cafes and restaurants. Within 10 minutes of walking you’ll pass Grand Army Plaza, the main entrance to Prospect Park, Brooklyn Library, Brooklyn Botanic Garden and Brooklyn Museum.
The apartment is second floor walk up with 13 foot high ceilings, original hardwood floors, wainscoting detailing, large windows with stained glass trimming, very bright, very spacious and well decorated. It includes all the basic amenities (oven/ stove, fridge, powerful air conditioner, WiFi). Bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet.
It’s a very quiet apartment. You’ll rarely hear the neighbors. All the windows face a peaceful enclosed wooded area sheltered from the streets.
I live alone but easily fit two people.

Well trained and quiet pets are allowed in the space. You’ll have to pay to have the space cleaned by professional cleaning service if you bring a pet into the space.
