Hi There:
Small, private, semi-furnished bedroom (100 sq ft, w/ bed and small closet) in a large, shared, apartment in Boerum Hill, Brooklyn. Hardwood floors, and a small window (with an excellent brick-wall view). The light in the room is limited, so the gestalt of the home experience should be taken into account. The spacious, sun-drenched community room with marble fireplace, small bathroom with clawfoot tub, and roomy kitchen with brick fireplace, are currently shared by two females, and a non-binary person. We are a graphic designer, an actor/musician, and a publishing professional, all eating plant predominantly.

Maybe Yes:
If you are thoughtful and live well with others, have a good sense of humor, celebrate the joys of a weekly cleaning schedule, are a hard-working professional or student, respect sleep habits and thin walls, appreciate details like worn, yet beautiful mouldings, old brick and marble fireplaces, but can live with the slightly worn wood floors, the occasionally peeling paint, then you just might enjoy this place.

Maybe No:
Do you leave dishes in the sink, take showers for hours, misuse the em dash (kidding), judge my Oxford comma discrepancies (hey!), have a partner who stays over long enough to store a monogramed towel in the shower, dance with light sticks (maybe kidding), laugh at your own jokes (me), smoke anything inside the apartment? Maybe this will not be the best fit.

3 blocks from Barclays Center with access to one-bizillion subway lines. (The Fulton st. G is near as well.) 15 min walk to Prospect Park, or Fort Greene Park, 1 block outside Park Slope and its fabulous foodie options.
