Not only do we have dishwasher and basement laundry, but we are also located in an incredible, incredible spot -- a quiet side street in prime Astoria. 1min walk to shops on Broadway which includes grocery store, coffee shops, restaurants, etc. 5min walk to N/W train at Broadway station, which gets you to Manhattan in another 10-15min. I love Astoria and hope you will, too!

30 y/o queer cis guy (he/him) working full-time at a nonprofit. I work mostly in-office and am looking for someone similarly independent, clean, and queer-friendly! Ideally you spend at least equal amounts of time in and out of the apt :) While I go out every now and then, I like to keep home as a cozy/clean space that I can return to. I don't cook much but hope to get into it more here and there. I like to clean-as-I-go instead of having a schedule/strict rules.
