Hey! I’m subletting a bedroom in my 2BR/1BA apartment in East Williamsburg/Bushwick. Rent is $1,450/month plus around $100 for utilities (electric + internet).

Move in Jan 1-15. Looking for someone for 3-6 months, with the possibility to extend if it’s a good fit.

The Room
It’s 12’ x 8’ with a walk-in closet and large window overlooking the backyard. Fits a queen bed, dresser/ desk, side table, etc. Currently unfurnished, but I’m happy to add furniture if you need it—just let me know! Oh, and you can borrow my Apple TV and projector while you’re here.

The Apartment
We’re on the first floor of a two-story house with a spacious living room, kitchen, hardwood floors throughout, and a huge private backyard (seriously rare around here!). The block is super quiet, but we’re still close to everything: 5 minutes to the Morgan L and 15 minutes to the Myrtle J/Z. Plenty of bars and shops nearby too. Laundromat and grocery are around the corner.

I also have two sweet 5-year-old cats, who love people and their nap time, so please be cat friendly! Unfortunately, no additional pets.
