About This Lister
- We’re two queer Puerto Rican friends who have two cats.
-We primarily speak Spanish
- We’re very clean and tidy due to the cats. For example, we have a dyson vacuum 🙂
- My friend in particular is a neatfreak
- I’m a freelance journalist, my friend is a political consultant. We both work remotely.
- Friend cooks a lot, I don’t. We're both fairly quiet.
-A regular day in the apartment is remote work, my friend playing pokemon in the living room, and me reading/writing in my room or the living room.
-We’re very chill and easygoing as long as there are clear boundaries and active communication.
-We don't have people over much and are very conscious of a shared living space wrt having people over.

What we’re looking for:
- Someone who is tidy and okay with two cats. No other pets allowed
- We want someone who who actively communicates and won’t bring the party home without prior notice
-Someone who is mostly quiet and chill and is conscious of a shared living space.
- Someone who works outside since three remote workers is too much
Rules for subleasing:
- We need 1st month’s rent and a security deposit.
- You must be willing to provide references, sign a notarized contract and make an external person sign the same contract in case of nonpayment.
- We will withhold a security deposit if you don’t give 30 days notice. This is nonnegotiable.
