About the room:
Unfurnished, large 11'x12' (132 sq. ft.) room with lots of natural light from three windows. Located in the back of the building and the opposite side of the apt makes it very quiet and private.

About the apt space:
It's a 2BD/1BA that takes up the entire second floor of a three-story house. The living room is spacious and the bathroom has a bathtub. Gas, electric, & wifi are not included.

About the neighborhood:
Two blocks to Graham L stop & B43 Bus / 8 min walk to Lorimer G / 15 min walk to Hewes J, M. There's a ton of grocery stores, laundromats, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. The street is made up of families that have lived here for decades and isn't overrun by condos so it's pretty peaceful with a great community vibe.

About you:
Seeking a mature & responsible individual who does not work from home. Doesn't need to be a clean freak, but practical cleanliness required (i.e. wiping dirty stovetop after cooking, cleaning hair drain, etc.) and respect towards personal space and belongings is expected. About This Lister

I work in tv/film and am generally out of the house 60-80 hrs/week when on a project so weekends are usually spent catching up on personal items. I like doing my own thing but don’t mind the occasional roommate hang. I consider my home a place of respite and relaxation and don’t bring the party home but will have friends over occasionally. As a roommate, I'm pretty chill, flexible, and communicative (no passive agressive post-it notes here!)
