I just received a year-long residency in town and am looking to rent out my studio with a wood shop, full bathroom, custom drawers, work counters and work tables.
The studio is in the cellar of the house but has a separate street entrance and access to the yard (where our dogs are sometimes hanging out, but they are nice and can be put away if you need to be working back there).
The front area has a table saw, miter saw, band saw (that I might take with me), an electric kiln (use of which can be negotiated separately to account for electricity bill), and various other wood tools. The back area has two work tables with lots of drawers, and a desk with a large photo scanner, a large printer, and a laser cutter.
The side hallway has a slop sink and lots of custom drawers. I plan on leaving at least half of them empty for whoever rents the space.
There are outlets all over the space, ceiling and wall. The lighting is on five separate banks, all of it dimmable, and it can be switched from more yellow to blue light easily, depending on your needs.
Ceilings are about 7.5ft, and 8ft between the ceiling beams.

I love this studio and feel lucky to have it! Would love for someone to be able to use it during my residency. (I would love to have access to the wood shop one day a week to work on house projects).
Really hoping to find someone kind and respectful who will care for the space and love it well. If this is you and you can't afford the price but would be open to some sort of trade, please hit me up, but serious inquiries only, please!
No toxic fumes. Noise from woodworking or similar noises are generally not a problem.
(Ignore the mess in the photos. Will be cleaned up and tools/tables/things can be moved out of the space before you move-in!)
