Wonderful nature retreat close to 87 (thruway exit 18) New Paltz/Mid Hudson Bridge within 6 miles. NYC 1 1/2-2 hours drive/ Poughkeepsie last stop Metro North. The studio cabin faces a small pond with a 13 acre wetlands lake behind for canoeing, kayaking, fishing. Wetland Preserve status. Secluded unit is behind renovated barn where I am.

No smoking, pets negotiable($100 per month). Utilities, wireless not included. Both electric and gas heat set ups. One-room 600 square foot studio cabin has its own well. Total south-light window coverage in front. Separate, small toilet room. Enough room for two cars although the 600 feet make it best for one person. ($100 extra person month w/pet void) Car required.

Long term preferred through August/Sept 2026 Utilities/Wireless not included. $1725 monthly. 2 months upfront required. Security/First month rent. Credit check fee. Slight Exhange to be my emergency number etc.
