UNIT: The unit has central A/C and heat (you control), washer/dryer. There's a balcony facing 4th St. NE, which means it faces East (there's a charter school across the street). Floor to ceiling windows with built in roller blinds.

BUILDING: The non-smoking building has 12 floors, with a rooftop pool / seating, gym, game room, artist space (two large studios), library with a printer, and other common indoor and outdoor spaces. There's 24-hour front desk / security.

It's a keyless building -- enter building and apartment + elevators, gym, rooftop, etc. by fob.

The building is across the street from Trader Joes. There's a Harris Teeter, CVS, plenty of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and some retail shops within 2-3 blocks.
