30 min walk to the waterfront
20 min walking to McCarren park
Near coffee shops, grocery stores, breweries, restaurants.
Right around the corner from all the event spaces in Bushwick. Close to Greenpoint.

Dates: Some flexibility, but ideally looking for someone to stay for the majority of the time.
