I'm subletting my 1 bed + office apartment in Bedstuy for the month of February. It's the top floor of a brownstone building on a quiet and beautiful brownstone block in Bedstuy -- a close walk to the A/C trains at Utica avenue, and very close to many great bars, restaurants and shops.

The building is small, and we are all very respectful neighbors. I ask for the subletter to be pet free, and to be conscious of noise and take good care of the space. I also have a number of plants that I would ask to be watered/cared for while away.

The apartment is very spacious with a full kitchen (with skylight), bathroom, bedroom, office and living room.

Utilities are included in the rent. I would ask to sign a short sublease agreement for the month.
