I’m looking for a tenant to sublet my spacious, unfurnished studio apartment in the heart of the Lower East Side, available for move-in on February 1st, 2026. A minimum 1-year commitment is required.
Located on the 4th floor of a well-maintained mid-rise building with elevators, directly above Trader Joe’s and Target. The apartment offers access to great amenities including a furnished rooftop (available in summer), a lounge with a pool table and shuffleboard, a gym and yoga room, and 24-hour doorman service.
The location is incredibly convenient, with Essex Market & Vital Climbing gym nearby, the Williamsburg Bridge a block away for easy access to Brooklyn, and local parks and the waterfront all within walking distance. Several train stations and a lively bar and restaurant scene are just steps away.
The apartment has plenty of storage with three closets and an in-unit washer/dryer. The modern kitchen features ample cabinet space, modern appliances, and a dishwasher. The bathroom is spacious with a large tub.
The bright and airy living space is versatile, with lots of room for furniture arrangement. I’ve included photos of how I’ve arranged it in the past to showcase its potential. I’m also open to discussing the possibility of parting with some of my furniture if interested. The walls were just recently painted as well!
I’m a 35-year-old professional seeking a responsible tenant to sublet my apartment for one year or longer. I was the first tenant to live in this unit and have taken great care of the space, so I’m looking for someone who will treat it with the same respect. Ideally, I’m seeking a reliable, professional, and tidy tenant.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
