We are traveling for a month during summer, the best time to enjoy New York and subletting our renovated, fully furnished, lovely and spacious 1 bedroom apartment from July 12th to August 12th. A whole month.
Located in a very quiet block, in the super trendy Bushwick neighborhood. The apartment is in the first floor of a townhouse with only 3 apartments, one per floor (1 neighbor downstairs in the ground floor and a couple upstairs on the second floor, all friendly and reserved) very private, and with a communal backyard that nobody really uses it.
In a prime area with really great local businesses, bars, parks and super easy access to public transport, the L line is 3 blocks away, 20 minutes till Union Square, Manhattan. The neighborhood has restaurants, fitness and shopping. It’s the perfect spot for anyone needing a temporary place to call home.
The apartment includes all essential amenities like high-speed Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen and backyard in the townhouse. With high ceilings, nice ceiling fans in living room and bedroom areas, AC in the bedroom, beautiful plants (plant lovers are preferred) and tastefully decorated with original mid century furniture, art and decorative pieces. Large open plan living area with decorative fire place (also in bedroom), hardwood floors, really wonderful light, windows in every room. The bathroom has a bathtub. The bedroom is as spacious as the living room It has a queen bed, a big table for work, chair... This place is ideal for a professional or a couple; it offers both convenience and comfort.
The apartment is available from July 12th to August 12th. Ideally we are looking for someone that can take for the whole period of time. But we can talk abut it. We are offering either $2900 for the month (our monthly rent) or $1000 per week. All utilities and internet are included. Please reach out to discuss your required dates.
