Hello! Looking for a quiet and respectful individual (or couple) to sublet my beautiful and spacious one bedroom apartment in Bay Ridge. Its available for most of the summer, June 18-Aug 18. 5th floor apartment, with elevator, full kitchen, and laundry in basement. Gets lots of great light in the bedroom! Will come fully furnished with a queen bed, desk, closet, couch, and dining table.

The apartment is a 10 minute walk from the R train, and a less than 10 minute walk from the X27 direct bus to Manhattan; very close to the 3rd and 4th Ave business districts, Owl's Head Park, the Ferry Terminal, and the WATER!

Bay Ridge is the best neighborhood in Brooklyn, with lots of great restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and an all around great vibe.

Looking for $1200/mo, but am flexible on price if you are willing to watch my cat for this time, though this is not a necessary part of the sublet. Would love someone to take for the entire duration listed, but am also open to smaller increments within that time if needed.
