About This Lister

We are the owners of the 2-family house. I am a born and raised New Yorker, and my wife grew up in Queens.

We recently renovated the two apartments in our home. The second-floor apartment is occupied by our amazing tenants/neighbors. This apartment is on the first floor and basement and was lovingly designed and renovated for our own living space.

We are looking for long-term tenants who will enjoy and care for this space as much as we have. We will still live in NYC and can be easily reached for any inquiries.
