We are looking for someone to take our second bedroom. This is a spacious, well-lit apartment in a small apartment building in the Prospect Lefferts area, 15 to 20 minutes from Prospect Park. It’s on the second floor of a walkup. There is rooftop access. There is laundry in building. Your bedroom is currently semi-furnished: it has a large couch that opens up into a full-size bed. You can furnish it the way you like.

Shared areas will be the living room and kitchen area. This is also a 2-bathroom apartment, so you will have a bathroom to yourself.

We are a quiet working couple. You can expect us to be out of your way. This is a singular occupancy space- visitors and overnight stays are always welcome, but no extended residencies. Looking for at least a 2-month commitment, open to longer. Utilities and Wi-Fi included.

We are a quiet couple, one of us works full-time, the other splits their time between work and their art. We are chill, we prefer a quiet space, we cook often- you are welcome to share our utensils. We are on the tidy side, not necessarily neatfreaks but prefer a tidy common area.
