We have been here for four years and love all this space offers:

- 1 block from HVK park and dog park, 7 min walk from G train at Bedford-Nostrand, 15 min walk from A/C trains

- Unfurnished but comes with a twin mattress and bed frame for your use
- West facing window

- Ideally late 20s/early-mid 30s
- No pets

- Aria, 33yo Art Director (she/her), recently began oil painting, splits WFH, often at the gym or dance studio
- Sophi, 30yo Illustrator (they/them), splits WFH and in-studio artist. Can be found smoking a cig on the back porch or simmering soup in the kitchen

We like to keep a calm and tidy home, but are also known to have friends over for drinks and dinner. We keep a good mix of independence and hanging out, so we'd love to find someone who's looking for the same.
