at the moment, i am looking for someone to sublet a room that is opening up at my place in ridgewood. the room that is opening up is currently my office/library, which i will take out the furniture and move into a different room. there is also an upstairs area that could serve as a bedroom or studio as well. the space has a lot of privacy and space.

rent is $1800. house comes with washer and dryer, dishwasher, car garage, back patio with fire pit. room will not be furnished. 5 min walk from forest ave M subway. coffee shops, restaurants and grocery stores are all over. close to hetman's deli, valentino's, salvo, variety coffee.
