About This Lister
My name is Jess, she/her pronouns. I'm a dual-Masters student in Social Work & International Affairs at Columbia University, leaving NYC for the summer.
The current roommate is also a current Masters student at Columbia, studying Sports Management. She is kind, considerate, and communicative. She lives a busy life, and is often out of the apartment. But she keeps up with cleaning and is tidy. She does enjoy hosting her guests, like family and friends who are also always lovely people.
We are looking for someone to replace me this summer (June to mid-August). Our ideal person (you) would be: clean, considerate, communicative, perhaps a fellow Columbia student or visiting scholar, and open to the occasional guest.

Rent: $1,423 per month, including all utilities (water, heat, electricity, gas, and Wi-Fi).
Preference for full-term sublet.
Must be clean, and respectful. No smoking.
No pets, unfortunately (building policy).
Security deposit and proof of income or reference requested.
