I'm traveling for a month and looking for a calm, clean and lowkey person or couple to rent my apartment while I'm away!
The 1br/1ba apartment is located on the 2nd floor of an 8-unit building available for sublet June 1-30. I can be somewhat flexible on the dates to start/end a few days before or after if needed.
Great location to be near the central area of Williamsburg but not in the midst of the main drag/tourist areas - multiple trains nearby with a Citibike dock out front.
Nearby restaurants include Wiliamsburg Pizza, Baby Blues Luncheonette, Brooklyn Ball Factory and Win Son.
Apartment is fully furnished with a queen bed and desk area for working and in-wall heating & air units. There is no laundry in-building but many laundromats nearby. This is my home so will have some of my personal items in the space, but I will clear our shelves, closet space, etc.
All bills (wifi, electricity, gas) are included along with the cleaning fee.

I will require a sublease agreement and tull months rent due up front and a deposit of half rent (to be returned at end of month)
No smoking. No pets. Subletter is responsible for keeping the apartment clean and in good condition.
