Ideal for a couple or someone who works from home and wants an office! There's also a couch, TV, and kitchen supplies. Utilities included in rent (internet, heat/water, electricity). Elevator building, laundry in basement. 5 minutes or less to the 2/3 depending how fast you walk. Also very close to B/Q and 4/5.

Looking for a responsible, low-key, respectful tenant. Would be great if you wanted it for more of a medium-term or long-term stay.
