-Minimum 2 week sublet : $1,600 (roughly $100 per day) +$100 cleaning fee deposit).
-Month: $3,000 (no cleaning fee deposit)
-Open to alternative date ranges, shorter or longer term sublet or lease takeover
-Must be willing to sign sublet contract
-Multi-month sublet may require building approval.
-No smoking
-Must be respectful to other neighbors (i.e. no overly loud music or parties)

Small pets allowed, though may be subject to approval and additional cleaning fee depending on size
