Hi, I'm Sonya (she/her), co-owner of this lovely duplex. I am a psychotherapist, artist, and avid gardener. Renting out my art-filled, haven in the city while I travel. It's a great block, nice neighbors, I hope you will be comfortable here too!
Lister's Relationship to the Space

Must sign a rental agreement, proof of government ID. A 50% non-refundable down payment is required to secure the apartment. Full payment is required before or on arrival.
A $400 security deposit is required and will be returned at the end of the stay.
No pets, no parties.
Pets Policy
Will consider small dog/cat with extra security deposit $200.
