The apartment is fully furnished, with a bathtub, shower, queen size bed, large work desk, record player and couch. The kitchen has an oven, stove, fridge, air-fryer and microwave. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. Apartment is suited for a single guest or couple, and is LGBTQ friendly.
Greenpoint is a lovely neighbourhood, filled with some of NYC's finest restaurants/bars, nearby parks and has an overall charming, artistic and laid-back aura. It is a 10minute walk from the beautiful East River.
Preferred minimum rental period is 2 weeks, though 1 week stays may be considered.
Price: $2000/biweekly or $3400/mth
+ one week security deposit

-Proof of income and work: Website / CV / Pay-stub etc
A written sublet agreement will be provided.
