Welcome to my Greenpoint oasis!

I’ll be traveling throughout the spring. I’ll give preference to longer stays (and can offer discounted rates in those cases), but I’m open to requests of any length.

My apartment is located on one of the best blocks in Greenpoint, just around the corner from the most vibrant stretch of Franklin Avenue, with incredible restaurants, coffee shops, and boutiques. It’s also one block from the waterfront and Transmitter Park.

The building was originally a factory, and the unit features 12-foot ceilings, exposed wood beams, brick walls, and polished concrete floors. Huge windows bring in beautiful natural light throughout the day.

Upstairs you’ll find the kitchen, fully stocked with everything you need to cook, along with appliances including a Vitamix, milk frother, and SodaStream. The living and dining area is filled with plants and light, creating a calm, welcoming atmosphere.

The primary bedroom features a king bed with a Leesa mattress and Parachute linen bedding. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a Tuft & Needle mattress and a small office setup.

Downstairs is a cozy lounge area with a large wraparound sofa, surround sound system, projector with Apple TV, a second office space, and a second full bathroom. The lower entrance opens to a hallway with access to the building’s laundry room.

I’ve decorated the space with a lot of care. It’s filled with art and objects collected from around the world. I love sharing my home and am looking for guests who will treat it with the same respect and intention.

*Rates listed are for up to 3 guests, with a 4-night minimum.

*The space is also available for events! Dinners, photo shoots, team offsites, etc. Please inquire for separate pricing.
